Teacher –Scientist - Educator Teams have developed a variety of educational resources, most of which are available on-line.
Resources are available for educators working with K-12 students, both in school settings or in after school, community or summer programs. Some of the materials may be easily adaptable for undergraduate teaching.
The units include detailed guidelines for teachers and can be downloaded for immediate use. Many of the materials and supplies that your students will need can be borrowed from our Baltimore Education Office.
BES workshops provide an opportunity to learn more about the units and inquiry based teaching methods, to conduct your own investigations and to interact with other educators who teach about urban ecosystems.
