Tree Treasures: A Series of Activities for Elementary School Age Children
 
Tree Treasures activities were developed by BES/Urban Resources Initiative Intern Shannon Galbraith, in collaboration with the Parks and People Foundation Community Forestry program. The 9 guides include background information and fun activities for exploring and learning about trees in the urban ecosystem. They are intended to be used by elementary-aged youth with help from their parents or teachers. Also included is a booklet for educators with information about each activity, resources, and a key to the trees of the Baltimore region.
