RSS is a technology that lets users know when content is updated on a website without having to keep visiting the website to see if it has changed.
To utilize an RSS feed one needs a piece of software called an RSS feed reader. Newer browsers, however, support RSS without the need for additional software.
If your browser displays the RSS icon - , or similar - when the website is displayed then that browser supports RSS and that website has an RSS feed.
Dedicated RSS readers can be had as well. See NewsGatorOnline for a free, full-featured RSS feed reader.
